1967 Gibson ES-355 Cherry Mono

This 1967 Gibson ES-335 Mono retains its original Cherry finish and all-original parts other than a replaced bone nut and a custom-made, era-correct pickguard, with the original included. Featuring low action and the skinny nut width characteristic of late '60s models, it offers a smooth, effortless playing experience.

Measurements: 8.7 lbs / 3.95 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.57"/ 40mm wide at the nut, 0.82" deep at the 1st fret, and 1.00" deep at the 12th fret. The neck pickup reads 8.36k ohms and the bridge pickup reads 7.36k ohms.

Originality: All finish, solder, and parts appear to be original to this guitar except for the pick guard which was custom made and era correct and a replaced bone nut. While the original orange label inside the f-hole is gone, the serial number remains visible on the headstock.

Playability: Killer! The neck is straight, the original frets show little wear, and the electronics function as intended.

Condition: Amazing. The original Cherry finish is vibrant and unfaded. There's typical nicks and checking and there are no breaks or repairs.

Included: The original case with original pick guard.

Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
